Cassava cake

Ingredients

500g of raw and peeled cassava

¾ cup milk

100g grated coconut

4 eggs

2 tablespoons melted margarine

½ cup wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 ½ cup sugar

 

Directions:

Mix together the cassava with the milk in a blender and save it. Mix the eggs and margarine and sugar. Add the cassava and milk puree and stir well. Then, add the flour and grated coconut, mix thoroughly each ingredient until even in consistency. At last, add into the mixture baking powder and bake in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
